Charge Explanations:
1.The School Fee is covering 10 months (Check the School Calendar for details). The yearly Fee must be paid one week before the school open when the students register.Newly enrolled students, probationer students and others should pay the actual fee figured out from registered date to the end of the academic year. Short than one month will be charge as one month.
2.The tuition will be used for the staff salary and training, library, labs, curricular development, teaching materials development, communication with the overseas universities, annual charge from International Exam Organization, administrative expenses, teaching equipments, school uniform, students life and activities, students’ dormitory, teaching buildings, students insurance, medical treatment, etc.
3.The boarding and food fee will be used for the equipments in the dormitory, daily living stuff, dorm parents’ labor cost, and the whole day foods.
4.The standard of School Fee is approved by the Yantai Government.
Sibling Discounts Policy (for tuition fees only):
1.A second child and subsequent children from same family with a child enrolled and attending Yew Wah will be allowed a discount of 5% of basic tuition fee only. However, the child whose tuition fee is the highest has to pay full amount and the other child(ren) may get a discount.
2.Parents should complete the usual applicant form accompanied with the certificates required by school. Such applications for admission require the final approval of the Principal.
Reimbursement for withdrawal (base on the yearly charge standard)
1.
1/4 fee can be reimbursed to the students who withdraw two months after the school open.
2. 1/2 fee can be reimbursed to the students who withdraw after two months within one semester.
3. No reimbursement to the students who withdraw exceeding one semester.
4. No reimbursement for the sponsor fee.
5. Parents should pay for the arrearage immediately.
6. This policy is the same with the newly enrolled students, the probationer students, and the expelling students.
The School keeps the Explanation and emendation rights to the policies above.
